We’re seeking a dynamic, energetic Freelance Professional Organizer to support residential closets and full-home organization projects across New Jersey and New York. Projects are completed with a small organizing team, with travel based on client bookings throughout the local service area and the broader NYC region. This role offers an opportunity to progress into a lead organizer position.

Responsibilities

• Organize residential closets and full-home spaces.
• Coordinate clothing and belongings by color.
• Plan efficient, functional use of available space.
• Design and implement labeling systems.
• Collaborate with a small organizing team on client projects.
• Travel locally and regionally across NJ and NY based on client bookings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in professional organizing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with closet organization and color theory.
• Strong client communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Fashion retail experience.
• Time Management & Sense of Urgency
